Uraian Analis Mengenai Spesifikasi iPhone Generasi Berikutnya

Seorang analis dari Goldman Sachs yang bernama Robert Chen dalam suatu wawancaranya dengan stasiun televisi Bloomberg di Taipei telah memperkirakan tentang perangkat iPhone generasi berikutnya yang akan cenderung menampilkan chasing yang sensitif, sentuhan dengan keberadaan fitur kamera yang lebih maju. Dalam hal ini Apple akan menempatkan banyak inovasi, tidak hanya pada perangkat keras tetapi juga pada perangkat lunak iPhone terbaru.

Perangkat handset tersebut akan dilengkapi dengan chasing plastik terbaru mirip dengan yang digunakan untuk panel sentuhan Magic Mouse buatan Apple yang baru saja dirilis tahun lalu.

LG Gulirkan Smartphone Berbasis Android Yang Kedua Kalinya

Penyelenggaraan CES 2010 yang berlangsung di Las Vegas memang telah usai beberapa waktu yang lalu, tapi dengung pelaksanaan acara tersebut tampaknya masih tetap terdengar hingga saat ini. Salah satunya yang tetap santer terdengar adalah kabar tentang kehadiran perangkat ponsel terbaru LG GT540 Swift. Perangkat ini merupakan perangkat smartphone yang kedua buatan LG yang berbasis Android (setelah sebelumnya mengeluarkan ponsel LG GW620).

Rancangan ponsel LG Swift yang bulat tampaknya agak terinspirasi oleh keberadaan ponsel Sony Ericsson W595. Namun kehadiran LG kali ini sepertinya lebih baik terutama pada bagian belakang ponsel yang bertekstur seperti gadin. Seperti yang terlihat pada gambar di atas akan ada berbagai versi warna ponsel LG GT540. Pada bagian depan terdapat layar sentuh resistif beresolusi 320 x 480px sementara pada bagian belakang ada kamera autofokus 3 megapixel.

REBONDING HARAM????

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Perawatan rambut lewat cara rebonding dalam beberapa tahun belakangan kian menjadi tren. Namun, beberapa waktu lalu, Forum Musyawarah Pondok Pesantren Putri (FMP3) Jawa Timur menetapkan bahwa rebonding rambut adalah haram. Kontroversi pun merebak.

Selain rebonding, Fatwa haram juga ditujukan untuk pemotretan pre-wedding, bagi pasangan calon mempelai yang akan menikah dan fotografer yang mengambil gambarnya.

Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) angkat suara. Wakil Sekretaris Komisi Fatwa MUI Asrorun Ni’am Sholeh menjelaskan, fatwa haram rebonding harus dipahami lengkap sesuai konteksnya agar tidak meresahkan masyarakat. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, rebonding rambut hukumnya mubah, dalam arti dibolehkan.

“Jika tujuan dan dampaknya negatif, maka hukumnya haram. Sebaliknya, jika tujuan dan dampaknya positif, maka dibolehkan, bahkan dianjurkan,” ujar Asrorun ketika dihubungi Kompas.com di Jakarta, Minggu (17/1/2010).

Sepanjang tidak menyebabkan bahaya, baik secara fisik, psikis, maupun sosial, rebonding rambut tetap diperbolehkan. “Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, menjaga kebersihan dan merawat tubuh, apalagi jika mempermudah dalam pemakaian jilbab, justru dianjurkan,” ucap Ni’am yang juga Dosen Fakultas Syariah dan Hukum UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Obat kimia yang digunakan juga harus dari bahan yang suci dan tidak membahayakan rambut.

Nah, rebonding rambut akan menjadi haram, lanjutnya, jika digunakan sebagai sarana terjadinya kemaksiatan. “Keharamannya terkait dengan unsur luar, misalnya karena menyebabkan kemaksiatan atau prosesnya menggunakan obat yang haram,” kata dia lagi.

Rebonding rambut, menurutnya, dapat menjadi peluang usaha bagi pelaku usaha perawatan rambut bagi wanita. “Pasarnya cukup banyak, di sini justru ditangkap sebagai peluang, bukan justru dieksploitasi untuk kepentingan lain,” pungkasnya.

Fatwa itu

Sekadar mengingatkan, penetapan haram bagi rebonding atau pelurusan rambut merupakan hasil bahtsul masa’il atau pembahasan masalah yang digelar Forum Musyawarah Pondok Pesantren Putri (FMP3) se-Jawa Timur di Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo, Kediri, Jawa Timur.

Ustaz Darul Azka (30), salah seorang perumus komisi FMP3, meyampaikan pada Kamis (14/1/2010) bahwa fatwa ini ditujukan terutama bagi wanita berstatus single atau belum berkeluarga. FMP3 berpendapat, berdasarkan syariat Islam, seluruh aurat wanita seharusnya tertutup. Wanita diharuskan mengenakan jilbab. Dengan demikian, rebonding bertentangan dengan aturan ini karena umumnya dilakukan demi penampilan menarik yang sengaja dipertontonkan.

Menurut Darul, rebonding cenderung dilakukan untuk gaya-gayaan. Bukan tidak mungkin, kata dia, aksi gaya-gayaan itu berujung pada tindakan maksiat. “Sebelum mendatangkan maksiat, lebih baik diantisipasi,” ungkapnya.

Lalu, bagaimana dengan wanita yang sudah berkeluarga? Rebonding tidak haram dilakukan wanita yang sudah berkeluarga sejauh tujuannya adalah membahagiakan suami.
